We are the merchant of record for every transaction on this platform. When you pay MobiSend, you’re paying for our service. We handle the customer relationship, the support, and the disputes. Behind the scenes, we contract with licensed US carrier-aggregator vendors to deliver the actual airtime credit to your phone, so you get the same minutes and data you’d get directly from the carrier — plus everything we add on top.
