How MobiSend works for you

MobiSend is a service platform for prepaid mobile customers. Here’s what we do for you, end to end.

1. Sign in once

Apple ID or Google. No passwords to remember, no card numbers to type. Your identity is verified at the OAuth and wallet level before you ever see a checkout screen. This is how we ensure that when you refill a phone, it’s really you.

2. Pick your service

Select from over thirty US carriers and MVNOs. When you enter your phone number, we perform a real-time validation against the carrier network. We make sure the number is active and eligible for a refill before we ever process a payment. No more paying for the wrong plan or an expired number.

3. Pay your way

We support Apple Pay and Google Wallet exclusively. This means your payment info stays in your secure enclave, not on our servers. Need to split a payment between two cards? Want to send a checkout link to someone else to pay for you? You can do both instantly.

4. Automated delivery

The moment your payment is authorized, our system hits the carrier API. The airtime is pushed directly to your balance. You’ll get a confirmation from us and a text from your carrier, usually in under ten seconds. No PIN codes, no scratching cards, no automated phone menus.

5. AutoPay and Rewards

Once you’ve refilled once, you can set your account to AutoPay. We’ll refill your phone every 30 days (or whatever your plan requires) automatically. Best of all: every time you pay on time, you earn MobiSend points that you can use for discounts on future refills.
