Payment information: We use Apple Pay and Google Wallet for all transactions. We do not receive or store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. We receive only the payment confirmation and transaction identifier from the payment provider.

Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, and interaction data collected through functional logs to ensure service reliability.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process and deliver mobile refills to the recipient phone numbers you provide.
  • To verify your identity and prevent fraud.
  • To provide customer support and resolve delivery issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Information Sharing

We share information only as necessary to provide our services:

  • Mobile Carriers: We share the recipient phone number and refill amount with the relevant telecommunications carrier to complete the top-up.
  • Payment Processors: We share transaction details with our payment processors (Apple Pay, Google Wallet) to authorize and capture payments.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect your data. By using biometric-authenticated mobile wallets (Apple Pay and Google Wallet), we eliminate the risk of card-data theft on our platform.
