These Terms of Service govern your use of the MobiSend website and the services offered by KK Squared Inc, a Florida limited liability company headquartered at 4150 St Johns Parkway, Sanford, FL, 32771. By using the MobiSend website or purchasing any product through MobiSend, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Services

MobiSend provides a platform for purchasing prepaid mobile phone refills ("top-ups") for US-based telecommunications carriers. We act as an authorized agent or reseller for the relevant carriers.

2. No Subscription

MobiSend does not offer subscriptions. Every transaction is a one-time purchase. We do not store credit card data and cannot perform recurring charges.

3. Payments

We accept Apple Pay and Google Wallet only. All payments are processed through secure, biometric-authenticated mobile wallets. By completing a purchase, you authorize KK Squared Inc to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

4. Delivery and Refunds

Top-ups are delivered electronically to the recipient phone number provided. Most top-ups are completed within seconds. If a top-up fails to deliver due to a carrier error, you will not be charged (authorize-then-capture). If you provide an incorrect phone number and the top-up is successfully delivered to that number, we cannot issue a refund.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use MobiSend for any fraudulent or illegal activity. We reserve the right to block access to our website or refuse service to any user at our sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

KK Squared Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the transaction in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
